The cia academy is really great in many ways. The new food teachers in the new building are also very kind.  Also, the teachers are very kind.  Also, a free shuttle bus is in operation, so you can freely come and go to Mactan New Town. It's a place where really good points are gathered at once. I'm not sure if the price is cheap or not, but it looks like a good price.
