I would like to recommend CIA to other students because I had a very good experience here. Before coming to CIA, I was not confident about speaking English. I could understand some English, but it was difficult for me to have conversations. I was nervous when I talked to foreigners because I was afraid of making mistakes. However, after studying at CIA, I became much more confident. One reason I recommend CIA is the teachers. My teachers were kind, patient, and friendly. Even when I made many mistakes, they always listened to me and helped me improve. Because of them, I felt comfortable speaking English in class. They encouraged me to keep trying and not give up. Another reason is the international environment. There are students from many different countries. I made friends from Korea, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, and other countries. At first, it was difficult to communicate, but we used English together every day. Because of this, I had many chances to practice speaking outside the classroom. I also enjoyed the activities and weekends. Cebu has many beautiful places. During my stay, I traveled with my friends on weekends. We went to beaches, islands, and different tourist spots. These trips became some of my best memories. It was fun because I could use English in real situations while traveling. Of course, there were some difficult times. In the beginning, I could not express my thoughts well in English. Sometimes I wanted to say something, but I did not know the right words. I also felt tired because I had classes every day. However, I think these challenges helped me grow. Little by little, I learned new words and became more comfortable speaking. I think the best thing about CIA is that it gives students many opportunities to use English every day. If you only study grammar, it is hard to improve speaking skills. At CIA, I had to speak English with teachers, classmates, and friends. Because of this, I improved naturally. I also learned that making mistakes is not a bad thing. Before coming here, I worried too much about speaking correctly. Now I know that mistakes are part of learning. The important thing is to keep speaking and keep trying. For future Japanese students, my advice is simple. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. Talk to as many people as possible. Join activities, make international friends, and use English every day. If you do that, your English will improve faster than you expect. Overall, I am very happy that I chose CIA. I improved my English, met many wonderful people, and had experiences that I will never forget. I think this study abroad experience changed me in a positive way. Thank you to all the teachers, staff, and friends who supported me during my stay. I will always remember my time at CIA.
