The Mactan Newtown has its own public terminal located just outside the township which caters the following routes to the other parts of Cebu:

> The Mactan Newtown to Mandaue-Highway and vice-versa
> The Mactan Newtown to IT Park and vice-versa
> The Mactan Newtown to Danao and vice versa
